Nicole is great with the kitties and with communicating with their humans! my litter robot broke down during the reservation and she helped trying to fix it multiple times. She also follows instructions meticulously and provided the best care for my kitties. this was our second reservation and hopefully many more to come in the future ❤️

Nicole watched my two 16.5 year old cats for nine days while I was out of the country. One of my old ladies requires multiple medications throughout the day, and I was nervous about leaving her. Nicole was AMAZING. Her updates included letting me know which medications she gave at each visit, and the state of the litter box (the two things I was most concerned about.) when I got home both cats were happy and healthy.
