Noreen has been watching Banana for years, always does an amazing job. but I wanted to highlight our most recent sit. it was super last minute because we had a death in the family and needed to travel right away. we’re so grateful to her for being available and trustworthy. it really let us focus on our human crisis without worrying about our pet.

After a year and a half at home with my COVID Cat, Annie, I was really nervous to leave her when I went on my first trip. Noreen put all those worries to rest. She was terrific: came over and met Annie before my departure and took careful notes. Once I left, she messaged me every time she came over, with pictures of Annie and reports on her food consumption (Annie a picky eater). I'm so glad to have a sitter like Noreen, and look forward to using her again.

Noreen was amazing. It’s that simple. If you’re on the fence about a cat sitter to choose, then just pick her. She came over to our place before we left town to get to know us a little bit, meet our two kitties, and receive some instructions for caring for them. We were a bit nervous leaving them alone and having a new person over to care for them, but she was super friendly and put us at ease. We also have a self-cleaning litter box, which comes with specific cleaning instructions. If you do it wrong, then the cats can’t access the litter. She followed instructions perfectly. And she Facetimed us each time she came over, played with the kitties, and gave them treats. Noreen is great! :)

once again, Noreen did an incredible job taking care of Annie. we were gone for a long time and abroad, she provided us with updates every time she came over, played and snuggled with Annie, and even figured out how to text us on our new numbers.

Noreen is the best! She took my super last minute cat sitting request and went above and beyond to take care of my Cosmo while we were gone for the weekend. She was punctual, communicative, gave updates and sent super cute pictures :) We will definitely be using her in the future.

Noreen visited when scheduled and sent pictures of Leela so we knew she was okay. She also provided updates about how much food Leela had, what she gave Leela, and other details, which made me feel comfortable being away.

Noreen was super friendly and attentive to our two 10 month old kittens during their first nights away from us. She was comfortable with our automated front door lock and working the automated litter box (Litter Robot), which was a major plus.

Noreen was super friendly and communicative (which was great for my first cat sitter hire outside of friends & family). She took great care of my 2 girls while we were away for over a week. She has a high level of attention to detail and I felt very comfortable knowing she was going over to sit with them so they weren't too ancy.

I’ve lost count how many times we had Noreen sit for us: she’s just that good. we never worry about Annie when she’s in Noreen’s care. we get updates about all her activities and they play and snuggle well together.

Noreen was very reliable and I really appreciate her frequent communication. She made sure Stella was well fed and taken care of. When I returned from my trip Stella wasn’t stressed at all and seemed like she had a good vacation herself!

Working with Noreen was great! She took good care of Bella while we were out of town for over a week (we came home to a very happy cat). I was grateful to have found someone who is on top of things, trustworthy, and easy to have a conversation with.
