We were a bit anxious about leaving our beloved cat Luna alone for 3 weeks while we were away on vacation, but Angelina truly went above and beyond and put all our worries to rest. Before the trip, she took the time to really get to know Luna, asking thoughtful questions about her habits, likes and dislikes. That level of care and attention immediately gave us confidence that Luna would be in good hands. While we were away, Angelina was absolutely fantastic. Luna is usually shy and tends to hide from unfamiliar people, but Angelina was incredibly patient and managed to earn her trust. She not only kept Luna company but also played with her and made sure she felt safe and happy. Every day, we received detailed updates and the sweetest photos, which brightened our days and made us feel so connected despite being far away. To top it off, we had an unexpected situation with a water leak at home and Angelina was super helpful in navigating and resolving it, something we’re incredibly grateful for. We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter. Angelina is responsible, kind, attentive and clearly loves animals. Angelina has taken excellent care of our cat Toto during both of our four day, out of state trips. She took the time during the meet and greet to fully learn our regular routine but went above and beyond the basics when she took care of Toto. After the first few visits, our independent cat warmed up so much that he actually started greeting Angelina when she arrived instead of hiding. Angelina also noticed that he had an ear infection by the way he scratched his ear. She caught this just in time before it became a more complicated issue. She taught us many tricks to encourage our reluctant eater to eat more wet food. These are just a few examples of what an amazing cat sitter she is. Got a great vibe from our first visit and we had an out of town visit coming up and Angelina came by for the first overnight stay with our kitties. She is amazing, down to the last detail left us very reassured and satisfied! Even out shy kitty warmed up to her. Left the home very clean and organized. When we came back from our trip she left us with a beautiful hand written note with an adorable coaster that looked my kitty. Such an amazing experience for using Meowtel for the first time! Angelina was a life-saver. My dad had to suddenly go to the hospital with COVID and I needed to find a cat-sitter immediately for his 1 indoor cat and 2 outdoor cats (I'm across the country). Angelina responded quickly and was able to help us out on super short notice. The indoor cat, Zander, is very shy and timid, and she got him to come out and spend some time with her, which was amazing. She also went above and beyond by bringing her own litter scoop since my dad's electric litter box was broken. Her communication was great and I'm so grateful she could help us out in this difficult situation. Definitely plan to use her again for when my Dad is healthy again and wants to travel.

Normal pet parent anxieties have always prevented us from hiring a pet sitter. Angelina came highly recommended by family as she was able to coax a highly anxious Siamese out of hiding. Our shy boy was not in hiding and both cats seemed quite relaxed when we got home. She was so kind to organize our cat drawer, which was not expected. Angelina was awesome. She gave my kitty his insulin shot twice a day. She also really cared for him. She was so worried that he was shy one day but kept in constant contact with me. He was simply having an "off day" and it was not a big deal but it meant a lot to me that she not only kept in contact but actually visited twice to check up on him the same day. Angelina is absolutely amazing! She took terrific care of our cats, and is such a delightful and caring person. Her genuine love for cats is so apparent, and she went out of her way to make our shy cats feel comfortable with her -- including during an unexpected trip to the vet one of them needed during her time caring for them. She truly went above and beyond to bond with them, and even brought them a toy (of her own cat's) for them to play with -- and, when they loved it, she bought her own cat another one so she could leave that one with us.
