Lauren was wonderful with our cat, Cookie. Even though Cookie is typically shy around strangers, Lauren took the time to build trust and bond with her. We loved receiving the daily updates, which included photos and detailed notes on her appetite and mood. Lauren was incredibly patient, making sure Cookie got all the brushing and affection she loves. We highly recommend her!

Lauren was amazing! My cat wasn't feeling well, and Lauren was through on taking care of him and reporting any issues and concerns! She adjusted to any request I made, and sent photos of my cat, and his food to show his progress!!

Lauren is so reliable and great with our cat, Chester. She is very responsive to questions/changes (for example when we let her know our building changed how the electronic entry system works, she responded within an hour). She's catsit Chester over two separate vacations now and we're thrilled! Most importantly, she sends us adorable photos of Chester while we're gone.

Lauren is simply the best!! She is so nice and smart and professional and I cannot recommend her enough! She took care of my cat, Tommy, for three nights and did an amazing job. She is very detail-oriented so when I came back home it seemed like as I was home myself with Tommy the entire time. I’m a moderately OCD guy and I didn’t have to make any adjustments to my apartment because Lauren was so precise and caring! She is very professional and proactive in her communication style, and btw, she’s quite a photographer and sent me amazing photos of Tommy along with detailed reports of her visits everyday!
