Angelica is super responsive and taking care of my cat with patience. My litter robot got issue couple times during my trip, Angelica was able to provide help to fix the litter robot which is super helpful. I highly recommend her for help if you are on vacation and have a super shy cat. Angelica is very gentle to my cat. And my cat seems comfortable to be with her.

But after meeting Angelica in person, you too will find she is sweet, kind, gentle and patient. The best decision I made was hiring Angelica to watch my babies while we went on a 10 day cruise. I had her pop in every few days and after each visit we received a wonderful update and pictures that made us laugh and smile. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
