What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?

My best advice is to always go with your gut! You should feel comfortable and at ease with the person you trust to care for your sweet kitty/kitties while you're away. Cats can be stressed when new people come around, and that's why I'll work hard to bring them a sense of tranquility, calm and play while you're away. Yours and your cat's peace of mind are vital for you both to enjoy your time away, and I'll make sure you both feel at ease while I'm here. Listen to your instincts and your judgement, they'll never steer you wrong!

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

I will always keep doors closed and windows closed (unless told otherwise), and will be extra careful entering and exiting your home so your kitty doesn't try to escape. As for their security, I will make sure they have fresh water and food on time, and that their cat box is fresh and clean. Cats feel safe when their environment is predictable, so I'll do everything I can to make sure their feeding times and usual routines stay the same while you're away.

Are you usually available during holidays?

I am always available during holidays. Most of my family is here in Los Angeles, so I never travel during this time of year.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
