There are endless positive things to say about Tom, and you should take this as a sign to book with him! From the initial visit, he took a lot of notes and helped by asking a lot of questions, some of which were for things we had forgotten or not thought of. We have two 12 year old kitties, one of which has asthma and needs a daily inhaler puff. To our surprise, Tom saw the inhaler and said, "my cat has the same one!" It really eased our nerves about having to trust someone with medicaton for our boy. While we were gone, Tom took so many wonderful pictures and left us extremely detailed messages each visit to keep us 100% up to date on how they were doing. We usually have a lot of anxiety when leaving our babies, but this trip we were able to feel so at ease knowing they were happy, healthy, and having a great time. Tom was also so accommodating and allowed for flexibility in our changing schedule. We will certainly be having him come back for our next trip, and I know the kitties will be excited to see him!

Tom was absolutely wonderful! He was so kind and sweet with my kitten, and his updates were very detailed! Tom was lightning fast with replies! Such great communication. He came prepared to our in-person meet-up and took copious notes and asked great questions. I was happy to see the kitties came out to see him and felt comfortable around him (they typically don't around strangers). He was timely and sent photos of the 'kids' while we were gone and it was great to see our more social of the cats really take to him, and the other who generally hides deigned to stay out (big success!). All in all, it was obvious my kitties were in excellent hands and well-taken care of. I will definitely book again!

Tom is such a kind and most genuine human, we are beyond lucky he was available to sit our high energy kitty, Annabelle. Tom’s response time is lightening fast and he made a meet-and-greet work almost immediately too! His energy is so calming and kind, our very high energy kitty was eager to meet him and they instantly clicked. Tom let Annabelle greet him, got to know her, gave her so much attention and time, I doubt she even realized her parents were gone. Tom is also an incredible professional. In-app and SMS photos + videos were sent each day, he troubleshot our WiFi when it went down, and he didn’t forget a single detail in caring for Annabelle. I am so grateful for Tom. If you need a professional, trustworthy, kind human for your pets, they don’t make them any better! We will absolutely repeat our Meowtel bookings with Tom and I’m sure Annabelle is just as excited as we are!

Tom was Fantastic! When you meet Tom you can really tell that he will care for your cats like their his own. During visits he always made sure to send so many pictures and spent spare time at the end of the visit playing with them. With Tom checking on my kitties I felt no stress about leaving them for my long trip. I highly recommend booking with Tom.

Tom was an excellent catsitter! My cat Panda was getting up there in years and needed lots of medications and special care, I always felt like Tom did a wonderful job of keeping him happy while I was traveling. I had a few other catsitters who really had to coax him out of hiding for his meds, but Tom had a real knack for making him comfortable. Couldn't recommend him enough.
