Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

Yes, I have three. Cheeto is my boy who’s 5 years old and is an outdoor/indoor medium hair domestic. Mimosa and Snacks are sisters, 2 years old and are medium domestic as well. Mimosa is an attention lover and snacks is more introvert. Cheeto is known in my neighborhood by other neighbors for being friendly and majestic around the block. All of my cats are great with adults and kids as well.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

As a former US Army veteran and cat lover. I am very well aware of my surroundings and can feel situations before they happen. This skill makes me a very well fit because I will identify potential hazards for your cat to prevent any disasters that can harm your feline, or damage any property of yours or others.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes I’m usually available during the holidays. I want to take care of your fur babies while you are enjoying a vacation or time off out of town during holidays. Rest assured I will entertain and give your cats the attention they deserve as well as look after your home while you are away.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
