Hi, and welcome to Sassy Cat Concierge! I have been a cat person since the age of six when I got my first ginger kitty that I named Muffin💜 Since that pawsome day, I have consecutively cared for multiple cats and have learned much on how to be an exemplar cat guardian! I am currently a guardian to a rescued feral cat that I have named Lucy. As I work from home doing Telepharmacy, this gives me a little extra time to work with Lucy on becoming more domesticated. The following are just a few reasons I could be the most purrfect cat sitter for your feline!: - One must always jump to your cats every demand....as Felis catus are descendant from ancient and royal lines. This makes purrfect sense! - Never tell your cat no, …why would one? Cats are always right, even if they are knocking things off a table or dresser, or using your favorite chair as a scratching post! - Cats should always be given their own luxurious bed to sleep in, (even if it is your actual bed) and it should be kept clean at all times, ... remove cat fur, shed nails, and occasional fur ball. - Litter boxes must be kept in a place that kitty prefers it to be, even if, it is in the middle of your dinning room. I literally cannot believe how amazing Marisa did. She did what people who have visited me multiple times usually can’t manage, which was make my semi feral, super shy cat comfortable. She even got to pet her! I have family members who haven’t managed that! I didn’t think she would see either of my cats for the whole week, so color me surprised when they both appeared in pictures and video. Marisa was super professional and detail oriented the whole time. She had meticulous notes, and went above and beyond in her care. Honestly, I don’t clean as well as she did every day 🤣! I had so much anxiety before I left on my trip. My one cat had just been diagnosed with cancer, which is why I pulled the trigger on trying this service. By the third day of hearing from Marisa, my anxiety had lowered to barely a simmer, and my guilt at leaving the cats had been assuaged. 15/10, will hire again. And I got a lovely sweet note from her and some handmade soap waiting when I returned home! I cannot recommend Marisa enough!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

We know every kitty is different and that's why we offer tailored, in-home services since cats don't do well outside their own homes. Plus, every reservation comes with a free Meet & Greet so you can meet your sitter before you leave to ensure it will be a purrfect fit.
