Shady is currently undergoing treatment for cancer, which requires extra attention and care. Autumn went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly—from feeding Shady on time each day to providing plenty of comfort and playtime. She also provided updates on every visit which helped put my mind at ease while I was away from my baby girl. I was so relieved knowing Shady was in safe, capable hands, and it was heartwarming to hear how quickly Shady warmed up to her. She loved her! I highly recommend Autumn for any cat sitting needs and we definitely plan to work with her again in the near future. She is reliable, compassionate, and truly exceptional. "Heather was amazing (as usual)! She was always attentive to the cat’s needs, and was very patient with them as they are very shy. she listened to any requests I had which, let’s face it, were a bit excessive. Not only that, she notified me when our a/c was not working, which gave us enough time to get it fixed before it became a danger to the cats. on top of all this, she was able to get my VERY shy cat to come out and greet her, which is a feat that not even my closest friends or family had done for years. All in all, Heather is an awesome cat sitter who will put your kitties first 😸😸"

"Caitlin was fantastic! Our cats can be shy and have a hard time adjusting to change, so I was worried about leaving them during a long international trip. From the very beginning, Caitlin was attentive, communicative, and incredibly reliable. She truly went above and beyond. She sent detailed updates every day, which gave us so much peace of mind. One of our cats struggles with taking medication, but she was somehow able to get him to eat it consistently every day. She also watered our plants and brought packages inside without even being asked — she really held down the fort! On top of everything, she has such a kind, calm demeanor. Our cats really warmed up to her, which says a lot. We’re so grateful for the care she gave them and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter."

I felt at ease leaving him knowing she was going to take care of him and keep me updated along the way. She did everything she said she would and my apartment was as clean as I left it, which I really appreciated. She is trustworthy and exactly who you want to be taking care of your fur baby!"

"Ashley was absolutely phenomenal with my fur babies! I'm a Meowtel sitter as well, but I've never used the service from the client end before this trip. Like anyone else, I was nervous to leave my kitties (and doggo), but Ashley made it so much easier. She was kind enough to watch my dog as well, which is quite a bit of extra work, and she took amazing care of all of them. They all loved her! She sent consistent and informative updates with lots of photos that gave me all the peace of my I needed, and she took great care of my home as well. I felt very safe leaving her in charge and will not only be asking her to come back in the future, but also referring any of my own clients to her when I can't take a job. She also left a very sweet gift for the fur babies, as well as my 4 year old. Truly a very sweet, kind, trustworthy person. I'm grateful to have found her. ❤️"

"Tricia was amazing! It was my first time ever using an app for the care of my kitties and I was very skeptical but the second I met Tricia I felt that they would be in good hands. She gave them so much love and attention and cared for them exactly like how I would and even figured out both of there weird quirks right away! she sent updates and pictures daily which really helped the nerves of being away. She also helped us tremendously by noticing our water was off and got ahold of me right away. upon her leaving our house she found where our pipe had broke outside and took pictures and turned off the water main to the house, we never asked her to do this but she took the time out of her day & we were so grateful that she cared enough to do so and catch the problem early on! when we got home she had left everything better than the way we left it and made sure everything was clean for an easy transition back home and for all of that we are forever grateful and will definitely see her soon for our next travels!
