I have had cats all my life and have three at home I adore. I started pet sitting some years ago with one of the early pet sitting companies in Atlanta and continued with that company for nearly six years. Later I started my own pet sitting business and also painted pet portraits for people on commission, focusing on cats. I still do pet portrait commissions! Madeline has been wonderful for our precious kitten (hard to say, as he is approaching 1 year old, and big/strong). This was only our second engagement with Meowtel - and Madeline, but we can't give enough "thanks" to Madeline. Our little guy hasn't been around many others, and apparently didn't like the "new person" (hissed, retreated), but from the pix, he quickly settled down and must have remembered the week together from September. Madeline must have made our kitty feel at ease, as he was excited to see us upon return, and very much at-ease. Madeline communicated with us throughout, and was flexible with our changing plans in advance. We think that anyone with a loved fur-person can feel content with Madeline taking care of him/her.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
