Kyle was amazing to work with! Communication was seamless throughout the booking and meet-and- greet process, and the meet-and-greet itself was wonderful. Kyle was patient and thoughtful when meeting our somewhat shy and skittish kitty. He sat on the ground to wait for Bandit to approach and knew not to make any fast, sudden movements. Kyle also asked great questions and had such an attention to detail that we knew Bandit would be in caring, knowledgeable hands. During the two drop-in visits, Kyle provided lots of detail about how Bandit was doing and sent the most adorable pictures! It was clear that Bandit warmed up to Kyle immediately. He didn’t hide at all, gave Kyle rubs, and even sat on the couch with Kyle for a second, which is not usually the case when our nervous guy is with new people! We already booked Kyle again for a longer trip we’re taking in April, and we could not feel happier about it!

Kyle came to the house for a meet and greet, and the cats were immediately drawn to him. He took excellent care of them, sent me clear communications about how they were doing along with pictures, and generally went above and beyond. I highly recommend him, and will hire him again.

kyle was absolutely AMAZING watching my cats (and my apartment) while we were gone for two weeks. My two cats have a complicated feeding and medication schedule, including one cat who has to be pinned down for med administration. Kyle handled everything with apparent ease, and he sent detailed updates to keep us in the loop. he closely monitored the litter box, sent us daily pics of their medication and food, and left our apartment in great shape. we are already booking him again and are so thankful! highly recommend!

Kyle was such a wonderful friend for our black cat boys while we were away. He is a clear cat whisperer who knew just how to relate to our kitties, and took exceptional care of their wellbeing while we were away. He was thorough during our meet and greet, making sure he knew all their needs/preferences, but also emergency info and requested the cats’ carrier be near the door in case of emergency. We had such peace of mind knowing thwy had him looking after them. And we returned to find them as well as we ever have (they are usually upset after we’ve been away). Very friendly and helpful. Kyle was able to troubleshoot a problem with a smoke detector that was beeping and stressing out my cats while I was away. I felt secure with him checking on my meows.

This was the second time Kyle watched our kitty, Bandit. My husband and I were nervous because we had never left Bandit for such a long time, but Kyle went above and beyond to ensure we (and Bandit) felt comfortable. Kyle was extremely communicative and responsive to all questions and concerns, and by the end of the weekend, our nervous little Bandit was a purring, happy guy! Kyle really cares about his clients (feline and human!).
