Especially because the older one has had a lot of health issues in the last year, and is on some medication, and usually hides from strangers. With Marian, she warmed up very quickly! Within a few days she was best friends with both of them. She sent photos and updates after every visit and quickly made me comfortable feeling that they were getting well taken care of. She handled the medication great, followed all of my overly detailed helicopter-parent instructions to the letter, was entirely respectful of my home, and even hand-washed the cats’ used food dishes each day even though I had left enough clean ones out for the length of my trip away, and she could’ve just left them in the sink or put them in the dishwasher for me to handle when I got back. It’s like I paid for a cat sitter and got a house sitter for free! (although there weren’t many tasks) Don’t let the lower number of reviews compared to some other sitters in the area deter you; she’s top tier- and at least for now, she was charging less than most of the other sitters I saw in my area."

Kyle also asked great questions and had such an attention to detail that we knew Bandit would be in caring, knowledgeable hands. During the two drop-in visits, Kyle provided lots of detail about how Bandit was doing and sent the most adorable pictures! It was clear that Bandit warmed up to Kyle immediately. "What started as a routine booking quickly turned into something much more, and Tea handled it exceptionally. We booked her for a standard trip, but partway through, our cat Freya developed a medical issue that quickly escalated. From the moment Tea noticed something wasn’t right, she was incredibly attentive, proactive, and communicative. She kept a close eye on the wound, kept us informed every step of the way, and ultimately took Freya to urgent care, where she received imaging and needed staples. We booked her for a standard trip, but partway through, our cat Freya developed a medical issue that quickly escalated.
