My name is Erin and I am an avid cat mom! I have had a cat since I was in first grade and brought my first kitten home. She was a little calico and her name was Shorty, she passed away at the age of 19! Today I have two kitties, Roxie(18) and Cookie(17), who are the sweetest. I work at home, so they get tons of attention and cuddle time!
As a longtime cat owner, I know how difficult it can getting ready to go out of town and not know who's going to take care of your babies. I even feel bad when other people have to clean the litter box!
I am happy to help! No matter if it's one, two or many, I will give them the attention they need. Of course they need fed, water and the litter box cleaned. Senior Cat Wellness says that the average cat should receive 20-30 of attention each day... Hello!

Along with kitties, I also own quite a few plants. Which are dear to me! If needed, I can water plants for you. I will make sure that they don't have wet feet and if they are looking sad, give them a splash of water. Whether they are tropical, cactuses, or even in propagation.
Cleaning and sanitation are very important to me. I will make sure that the litter is cleaned out, that the food and water bowls are clean. Even cat water fountains can quickly have buildup that needs to be cleaned regularly.
Medications: I am able to provide medication to the kitties if needed. Whether oral or ears. I have done this with my kitties, especially as they age.
Currently I reside in the Severna Park area and I am willing to drive 10 miles from my home. I also frequently go to the Annapolis area, so I can make exceptions outside of my radius within reason. I do work at home, so my schedule can be flexible. Let me know what works best for your kitty!

Erin has been such a blessing for us this summer. We’ve been traveling a lot more than usual, and she’s always there when we need her to take care of our three kitties. They seem to be getting very comfortable with her too, which is awesome. Everyone knows how cats can be. Hopefully they look forward to her visits now the way we look forward to her wonderful daily updates. This time around our 2 youngest locked themselves in a bedroom. Erin has been a life saver this summer. This is her 3rd time watching over our cats and I think our cats miss her now when we’re home. She updates us every visit and sends the cutest pics. You can tell from the first visit to the last the way our cats look at her and pose for her in the pics that they have accepted her as a house cat. 😂

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Millersville cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $28.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.

Erin was terrific once again! This is at least the fifth time Erin has watched our two cats. She sends us daily messages about the cats including pictures of they’re in the mood as well as a description of what she fed them, cleaned their litter boxes and topped off their water.
