Great experience. This was my first time hiring a cat sitter vs. having a neighbor come by and feed my cats. It was the right choice and I'll never go back. Marcella was simply fantastic. I got daily updates on the kitties and she came by at a set time every day which helped reduce my cats' stress by establishing a routine. Even my shy kitty came out of hiding for her after a few days, which never happens. When I got home from vacation, the cats were super chill, like I didn't just leave them for 12 days. I recommend Marcella to anyone needing a reliable, professional and truly caring cat sitter.

Amazing repeat experience with Marcella. A few days before my scheduled booking, my cat came down with a case of chin acne of which consistent treatment would be derailed by my trip out of town. Marcella graciously volunteered to treat my cat's chin with medication during her sitter visits (even though my cat is a stubborn patient) and the acne was pretty much cleared up by the time I returned. Marcella definitely has a way with cats - I can't believe my cat was cooperative... because she isn't even cooperative with ME! Marcella is very caring and attentive and I don't feel like her sitter visits are rushed like I have experienced with other services. I would recommend her over and over (and would book her over and over).
