What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I grew up with cats and have been cat sitting for friends and family for the past three years. Through those experiences, I've cared for cats with a variety of personalities and routines, providing feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, companionship, and plenty of updates for their owners while they're away.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I love that every cat is different. Whether it's engaging in playtime, sharing quiet companionship, or simply respecting their space, I enjoy building trust with each cat and making sure they feel safe and comfortable until their family returns.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

Not at the moment. 🥺 I grew up with cats and would love to have one of my own again, but unfortunately my current landlord doesn't allow pets. Until then, I enjoy spending time with the cats I care for and giving them the same love and attention I'd give my own.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I like to start with an introductory message to learn more about you and your cat, including their routine, personality, and any special care instructions. Before the first booking, I offer a complimentary meet and greet so we can get to know each other, answer any questions, and help your cat become familiar with me. During each visit, I'll follow your care instructions closely and send updates with photos so you can feel confident that your cat is happy, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

Your cat's safety and your home's security are my top priorities. I carefully follow all care instructions, double-check that doors and windows are secure before leaving, and make sure your cat is safe and accounted for at the end of every visit. I also respect your home as if it were my own and will keep you updated with photos and messages so you always know how your cat is doing.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes! I'm available for many holidays, including popular travel periods. Since holiday bookings tend to fill up quickly, I recommend reaching out as early as possible to reserve your dates.

What is your favorite cat toy?

Honestly, whatever toy makes the cat happiest! Every cat has a favorite, and I enjoy figuring out whether they love chasing, pouncing, or batting things around.
