We were so pleased with the attentiveness and care Hsuan provided for our senior cat while we were away! He requires special attention due to some bowel control issues and she managed it with so much care and patience. She really made a point to go above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and engaged and sent us comprehensive updates through our trip. We would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone seeking a reliable sitter for their pet!

Hsuan! was really great! She kept us updated when she was heading over to our place, when she arrived, when she was finished with services and leaving, and she also sent us many pictures throughout her time there. Will definitely have her back again!

Hsuan continues to be a fantastic sitter for our senior cat! Not only did she send great photos but she also made sure to spend quality time playing with him. She kept his litter box tidy and even went above and beyond by tidying up any extra kitty messes. Very grateful to have found such a reliable sitter!

There is a reason that we always try to book with Hsuan. She is very knowledgeable, follows detailed instructions carefully, and sends amazing updates. Our shy cat started to take to her very quickly. When our cat closed himself in the bathroom somehow, she came over quickly on short notice and rescued him. The only reason I would say not to book with her is if I am going out of town on the same dates, I don’t want her to get booked up because she’s so great.

Hsuan is great! Very punctual and responsive, took good pictures and videos of our cat, and gave detailed reports on what she did and how our cat was doing. Can 100% recommend!
