Bethany did a great job from first meeting her and myself during the meet and greet, to the daily pictures and updates. Bethany really listens to you in terms of what your cat likes and their needs. Darla is long haired so she can develop mats easily, thankfully being brushed calms her down. When I got home her coat was so soft and no mats in sight! Girl was eating better with Bethany than she does with me at home. 🤣 Darla only really likes me and maybe my boyfriend on a good day but by the third day or so she had a new best friend 🥰. I was looking forward to waking up in the mornings to the pictures seeing how well she was doing and showing it to all my friends. When I came home Darla was very calm albeit a bit sad I was away for so long. This whole experience put me as ease and it has made me feel more comfortable being able to travel like I want to! As for Meowtel itself, this was my first time using it and it's great and I've reccomended it to anyone I know. You can tell real people are behind it who care about you and your cat. The app worked great and setting up a profile, handling bookings and the messaging with Bethany all worked great.
