Gretchen has helped us out with our kitties several times and we always appreciate her! Communication is always on point, she’s reliable, and she goes above and beyond, bringing in mail and packages, etc. Our more social cat loves hanging out with Gretchen watching CatTV, and our more timid one made it downstairs this time to eat next to her! progress haha. We also appreciate the updates and pictures she sends and we love knowing our kitties are in good hands and well taken care of while we’re gone. The kitties (and us) hope Gretchen will come back and hang out in the future!

My Meowtel experience was fantastic and all due to Gretchen's loving care of my two cats. Following knee surgery I needed help keeping the litter boxes clean, food and water freshened, giving them both active play time. Gretchen not only took care of all that, but also took out the trash and brought in packages. Gretchen kept my kitties happy and healthy while I couldn't, and I am very grateful!

Gretchen was our first experience with Meowtel and hiring a cat sitter in general, and we had a very smooth time. This was our first time using Meowtel (or any service like this, for that matter) instead of having friends/family watch our cats. Gretchen did a wonderful job! She was not only receptive of my completely neurotic instruction packet lol, but our cats loved her! Even our upstairs princess hung out downstairs with Gretchen and the other cats. The daily pics were great and reassuring :-). Gretchen was speedy and detailed with all the planning messages ahead of time and was great at the meet and greet (despite me being an anxious cat mom). We appreciated her willingness to help us out this weekend and will definitely be hiring her in the future. :-)

Gretchen was incredible with both Muna and Numan. Muna requires medication and this was my first time leaving town while Muna needed meds. Gretchen went above and beyond to ensure she received her medication and gave updates along the way. I would gladly have Gretchen back to take care of my fur babies.
