Loren is fantastic! She has been our catsitter several times and our cats absolutely love her -- and so do we! She is so sweet, sends very detailed updates with lots of pictures, and keeps their food and litter areas clean.

Loren went above and beyond to take care of our two cats while we were out of town! Before we left, she scheduled a Meet & Greet to get acquainted with our cats and home, and while we were away, she sent detailed updates and photos. Loren is extremely professional and friendly, and made us feel totally at ease while we were away. We highly recommend her services!

Loren was so easy to work with! She came home to visit us and our cat and took care to understand where everything was and understand our cat's personality. She visited our cat on time twice a day when we were out and gave her her medicine and food and washed her dishes, cleaned the litter box, and disposed the trash in the backyard. Loren was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.
