Before we left, she scheduled a Meet & Greet to get acquainted with our cats and home, and while we were away, she sent detailed updates and photos. Loren was really open to making the experience what my cat needed. My girl is a shy one and she warmed to Loren immediately. Due to various conditions, I worry leaving my cat with just anyone, but Loren kept me updated with many photos and asked good questions.

Loren was phenomenal! I had a last minute work trip and she was super responsive, came over the next day for a meet and greet. My two kitties are a little shy, so she gave them space while making sure they were happy and well fed, and did a great job keeping me reassured while I was away

Loren was so easy to work with! She came home to visit us and our cat and took care to understand where everything was and understand our cat's personality. She visited our cat on time twice a day when we were out and gave her her medicine and food and washed her dishes, cleaned the litter box, and disposed the trash in the backyard.
