Madison was absolutely wonderful with my cat, Titi! She was kind, patient, and incredibly attentive. She made sure Titi had everything she needed, gave her lots of love, and kept me updated, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Titi can be shy and anxious, but Madison respected her space and cared for her with so much compassion. During an unexpected emergency at my apartment, when maintenance needed to enter while I was out of town, Madison went above and beyond to help. She moved Titi’s food and litter into a separate room, closed the door, and even put a sign on it asking that no one open the door to ensure Titi stayed safe and secure. That meant so much to me and truly showed how thoughtful and caring she is. It was clear that Madison genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own. She is reliable, trustworthy, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional pet sitter. This was my first time using Meowtel, and my first time connecting with Madison to watch my cat, Wren. If you need someone who will go above and beyond and treat your cat like her own, look no further than Madison! She went above and beyond in all aspects. She sent me communication both in the mornings and at night (when she arrived at my location, when she got inside the apartment, and when she left). She sent me updates about how my cat was doing the entire time I was gone, and what's more is that she sent beautiful pictures and videos showing how my dear cat was doing while I was away. Plus, she somehow got my shy cat to come out of her shell and feel comfortable which I believe truly speaks to Madison's way with cats. This is our second time booking Madison and she was excellent yet again. This time she had the added challenge of working with both of our cats, that have to be kept separate. Not that this proves to be a challenge at all for her, she jumped right in and handled everything perfectly. Madison accepted my booking on relatively short notice (on the recommendation of another sitter I'd used) because I didn't do a great job of planning ahead. She was great with my 3 boys and went above and beyond by helping me out by taking care of a couple things I forgot when I raced out of the house to catch a flight like my ADHD a** was on fire (and also, not actually late, because I apparently can't read a clock). Some days adulting it hard. Regardless, she was gracious about my "please help, I screwed up, sorry" message and sent me tons of cute photos and videos. Definitely recommended without hesitation.

This was my first time having someone come into my home and care for my cats. Madison was wonderful with them and I was able to relax and I knew they were in great hands! I received daily updates and great pictures and videos after every visit! Madison did such a wonderful job.
