We hired Rachel to stop by twice a day while we were on vacation. She was very responsive and made sure to send a lot of pictures and detailed updates which put us at ease! There was a winter storm while we were away which made us nervous but she still made it out. Our cat loved her and we will definitely use Rachel again in the future!

Rachel is awesome! The initial meet and greet went very well. She asked all of the right questions and established an immediate friendship with Ima. Rachel's communication was excellent and provided photos & videos during each visit.

Rachel did such an amazing job with my shy cat.. they became fast friends after only her first visit. I don't know what kind of magic she has, but my cat will usually hide under the bed if someone he doesn't know comes by. He wasn't even as shy as usual during the initial meet and greet. I really loved and appreciated all of the pictures and videos that were sent my way as well, I felt very very comfortable knowing PT was so well taken care of during his visits.

Rachel was absolutely awesome! My cat loved her from the second he met her 😊 My cat needs several medications, including insulin every 12 hours, and Rachel made her schedule work so she could be there right on time. My cat has terrible separation anxiety, and I’ve never seen him so calm when I’ve had to travel. I’m taking a much longer trip later this month, and I feel SO much calmer about it knowing that Rachel will be there to take care my kitty. She also sent lots of pictures and detailed updates so I could feel confident that she had taken care of everything he needed.

Highly recommended! We needed a last minute reservation after a death in the family and Rachel came through for us beautifully: fast responses, helpful tips in navigating Meowtel’s interface, phenomenal updates that had us both giggling over the adorable (read: very characteristic) photos and her funny, descriptive accounts of each visit. Our cats clearly felt very comfortable with and engaged by her, running to greet her when she arrived, communicating to beg for treats and play. (Even our shy void, who sometimes doesn’t want to talk to us.) Our tabby will tear up the place and leave toys everywhere if she’s bored, but Rachel played with them so well that this wasn’t an issue. Litter boxes were immaculate. Honestly, I think our cats were sorry we weren’t Rachel when we walked back in the door. Which is really the best feeling, to know they were that happy. Bonus: we have gotten much less of a cold shoulder than we usually do when we travel and leave them in care of friends. TL;DR: We will absolutely be back, and we want to hire Rachel again in future.

Rachel was able to charm my very shy cats to come out and greet her by the end of my trip. Daily videos, pics, and summary of how each visit went. Very happy I could enjoy my trip and not worry about leaving them home.

Rachel is absolutely great with my shy cat. She's awesome about doing the little extras that keep my cat happy while I'm away. I can tell from the pictures that he's super happy every time she stops by and that means a lot to me when I have to be away from home.

Rachel is the perfect cat sitter! She is intuitive, considerate, and very loving towards my boys. She genuinely treats your cats as her own. My cat Oscar requires 3 pills/day through use of a pill dispenser tool and she picked it up quickly and was extremely efficient. I had no hesitations when leaving my boys with Rachel and I would highly recommend her to any cat owner.

Our second appointment with Rachel, and just as magical as the first. Our girls are a bit shy of new people but they were their purest gremlin-selves for her, so we got magnificent photos and updates every day.
