"Cynthia is the best catsitter/cat whisper! My four cats loved her - even Jasmine who hides from everyone. It usually takes 4-5 visits for new ppl to be able to see Jasmine but it took a minute for Cynthia. The cat feeders and camera in the room were turned off for some reason and but she fixed the problem at her visit. She played enough time with the cats and did everything as requested - feeding one cat seperately, opening the backdoor, and checking the curtains to make room for them to get in. She took many videos for me (almoost as many as I would in a day), so I felt relieved that everyone was enjoying her visit. The videos are different from the footage by homecams. She took care of our cats as her own. Now I know who to call when we travel!"

"Ryan was amazing! This was my first time scheduling with Meowtel and Ryan went above and beyond. She had an issue with my door on the first day. Immediately called me. I missed the call but did contact her and explain the issue. She took care of my cat but also noticed my strays I feed. I didn't want to bog her down with extra chores and my neighbors sort of feed the strays as well. Ryan informed me that she fed those cats as well. And swept up litter and scooped my cat's box which I didn't even ask her to do. She also washed all the dishes. I have a very skiddish cat, but she was fine when I returned home. I'd use Ryan again in a heartbeat!! She's awesome!!"

When she visited to check on our animals, she took before and after photos of the litter box, food bowls, and water bowls. This gave me assurance my cats had their needs met. Then she took quite a few photos of my cats- them interacting with Rachael and playing with the toys she brought. The photos gave me such comfort as I was away from them for two weeks. After sending the pictures, she told me everything she did during the visit. When we returned home from our trip, our cats seemed happy and content! I am very grateful she was there to tend to them while I was not! I would definitely feel comfortable with Rachael taking care of my fur babies again."
