My name is Alex Jenkins and I live in East Nashville with my two babies - a 3 yr old spunky orange Tabby female named Tally and a 5-year old sweet fluffy gray boy named Apollo. I absolutely love cats because they’re much sweeter than people think and are wonderful companions. Snuggling and playing with my furr babies is my favorite thing to do. I’ve had cats since I was a little girl and have had experience caring for dogs and cats as a pet owner and a volunteer at shelters. I have fostered a few kittens as well who were struggling to be adopted due to their demeanor - but I was able to help socialize them and find them furrever homes. Alex was able to come over and meet with our kitty while I was there to introduce herself and pickuo the keys. I was so surprised at how fast our kitty took to her! Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not
receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer
cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned
earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
