Alex made me feel so comfortable leaving my baby for my first time away. She was very attentive and responsive to his cues, and he quickly took a liking to her despite his not usually liking new people! she sent amazing photos each day along with updates and did an amazing job keeping his food, water and litter well cared for. I can’t say enough great things about Alex!

Alex is the cat sitter of your dreams! Ive never had to hire a cat sitter before, but we just moved to a new city and were headed out of town for a last minite trip. Alex was able to come over and meet with our kitty while I was there to introduce herself and pickuo the keys. I was so surprised at how fast our kitty took to her! Our cat Kiki is unpredictable around strangers 😅but she loved alex! It gave me so much peace during my trip that an experienced cat-person was checking in on her while I was gone. Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
