As a lifelong feline enthusiast, my heart has always been in sync with the rhythm of a cat’s contented purr. Whether it's the delicate ballet of a kitten chasing a feather or the regal grace of an older cat surveying their kingdom, every moment with a cat is a little slice of joy. I've had the pleasure of living with over a dozen kitties over the years but currently only have one of my own and his name is Lenny. I miss having enough space to have lots of cats so for now I'd love the opportunity to get to know yours!

I'm a freelance graphic designer and I own a small home fragrance business which gives me a lot of flexibility in my days. I tend to be a night creature with my personal time but still manage to keep "normal" daytime hours as needed which means I can take care of your furry friend pretty much any time of day or night.
From interactive play sessions to the all-important treat time, I’m here to cater to every whiskered whim. I promise to keep tails wagging, paws kneading, and those sweet purrs going strong. Because let’s face it, cats deserve nothing less than the very best, and I’m here to deliver just that with a smile and a sprinkle of catnip.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I've been the go-to cat sitter for friends and family for as long as I can remember. Whether it's checking in, feeding, or simply providing company, I've always been a trusted option.
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
What I enjoy most about cat sitting is providing peace of mind to cat owners, knowing that their home and beloved pet are in good hands while they're away. I also genuinely love the companionship of cats and the joy they bring to my heart and soul.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
Yes, I currently have one kitty at home named Leonard Skinnardhat, though he's more affectionately known as Lenny or Bub. He's a 17-pound long-haired black cat, and he's a lovable, fluffy void who never fails to bring on the laughs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?
My advice would be to find a cat sitter you genuinely connect with and feel comfortable building a working relationship with. Don't hesitate to ask all the questions you need to ensure they’re the right fit for both you and your cat.
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
I treat your home and pets with the same care and attention as I do my own. I make it a priority to check and double-check everything, ensuring that nothing is overlooked or forgotten, so your cat and home are always safe and secure.
Are you usually available during holidays?
I don't have children and most of my family isn't super local so our holiday celebrations are pretty flexible. This means I'm usually available during holidays to care for your kitty while you enjoy precious time with your friends and family.
What is your favorite cat toy?
My favorite cat toy is always the one that brings out your kitty's playful side, but I have a special fondness for the classic fetch toy. There's something endearing about a cat that loves to chase and return, and it's always a joy to see their excitement in action.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
I know that you know your cat best, so I'll follow any tips and tricks you provide to help me connect with your timid or anxious kitty. If not, I approach them with patience, get on their level, and use treats if permitted to help build trust and comfort.

She gave regular updates & pictures and did everything that was asked of her. By the last visit, she was even able to get my shy & cranky cats to come out of their shells. This was the first time I had a cat sitter in a really long time and it went really well. I normally took my cats to the cat hotel but they are old now and I knew they wouldn't do well with long hotel visits anymore. Throughout the visits Clementine provided great updates about the cats and lots of cute photos. She really does love cats and I can tell with how well she took care of them and provided extra attention. She was also available for unexpected extra visits when my flight back home got delayed. When I finally got home the cats looked happy and healthy. Would definitely book her again.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Addison cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $27.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
