This was my first time using Meowtel, and I was super stoked that Adriene was able to watch my two boys on short notice. Tubbins was recently diagnosed with asthma, and isn't quite used to receiving his inhaler, let alone from a stranger. Adriene worked her magic and was able to administer his meds! She communicated throughout my trip, and I'd definitely use her again!

Adriene’s primary concern is the happiness and health of any cat in her vicinity. Even if she’s not actively cat-sitting, it’s just in her nature to make sure they’re loved and comfortable and happy. Cats respond in kind - even the ones that “never come up to people” find themselves in her lap. She’s just a cat person, and cats know it!

Adriene has known me and my cat for many years now and she's always handled him very well. He's got some aggression yet she handles him with care and has never had an incident with him. I've never once seen her get angry with an animal, she really is a person of great patience and care. She adores animals and would make an excellent caretaker for any animal; she's even cared for birds and exotic animals, as well as reptiles.

My cat Greg is a particularly rude boy, known for fits of rage and moments where he needs to be handled a certain way. When watching Greg, Adriene was able to determine the best source of his stress was separation anxiety. She was able to maneuver around Greg during his fits and ensure he got used to her without the need for shouting / physical touch. Now, he's as cuddly as can be and doesn't immediately hide when strangers come over!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.

Prices will also depend on how long your cat needs company for, whether that be a drop-in visit or overnight stay in your home.
