What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have been petsitting for four years, and can answer any a questions you have about trusting someone with your fur babies. I know how hard it is to leave them in someone else’s care. No matter how short the time may be.
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
Meeting new cats and getting to know their personalities! It’s a nice way to end a stressful day of vet med.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
Yes, me and my partner have a blended household with cats, a dog, bunnies, and a snake. You could say I have a zoo.
Are you usually available during holidays?
Yes! I am available most holidays as my family is nearby. Make sure to book as early as possible as I book quickly at peak times!
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
I go at their pace. I sit with them, let them know I’m a safe person. Going in for interaction isn’t always the best way to start off a relationship with a timid kitty.

Trinity did a fantastic job caring for my five cats. One of them needed multiple medications, and she managed this perfectly. She sends pictures and videos of them interacting on each visit and a thorough update on how everything is going. The litterboxes were all in top shape. She communicates quickly every time. She is a true pro, but also so kind and warm with the kitties. I recommend her highly.

Trinity is absolutely amazing! I had to travel abroad for 3.5 weeks and was very nervous about leaving my three cats at home for such a long time—especially since one of them is diabetic and requires strict blood glucose monitoring and insulin injections twice a day. Trinity quickly put me at ease with her loving and attentive care. She visited twice daily, spent extra time with them, and stayed overnight whenever possible. Her communication was outstanding—sending photos, videos, and detailed notes with each visit —and she went above and beyond by handling additional tasks such as bringing in mail, watering plants, and keeping everything tidy. She was fantastic at managing challenging situations and kept in constant contact when one of my cats wasn’t eating properly and getting additional cat food when the delivery was delayed. Five out of five stars without a doubt! Trinity is now my go-to pet sitter, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Lewisville cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $29.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.
We recommend booking daily visits to keep your cats in their routine and help minimize feline anxiety while you're away.

Trinity was great! Her sweet personality made instant pals with my cat. She sent videos of my cat enjoying all the pets and belly rubs she gave him (he loves those!) From these I also knew she was reliably coming to visit and feed him twice daily as agreed. Trinity also cheerfully went above and beyond by taking in the mail and packages every day, even pulling the trash and recycling out to the curb and back again after it was collected. I think she did a fantastic job and will ask her to cat sit again!
