Makaila did a phenomenal job taking care of my two cats! I called her the Cat Whisperer because she was able to get my shy cat to not only come out to greet her but to accept pets. WOW; that NEVER happens!! Makaila sent pictures and video updates frequently and gave detailed reports on how they were doing. She even took care of house-related items, such as opening/closing blinds and curtains, bringing in the mail, turning lights on/off so that my home had a lived-in feel while I was gone. I appreciate being able to be away from my fur babies and have confidence they are being taken care of. One of my cats requires medication on a consistent basis and she gave it to him without difficulty. Thank you, Makaila, for doing such a great job!

Makaila was wonderful! She came to meet our girls in person prior to our leaving and they liked her right away, which made our being gone a bit easier. Makaila came as scheduled every other time and spent time feeding and cleaning up after the girls, as well as playing with them and loving them. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
