She also came up with a bespoke feeding system for us, when one of the cats kept getting their food stolen by the others. Jenn is truly great, we are so lucky to have her! I highly recommended her."

"I can’t thank Ruby enough for providing excellent care to my 13 yr. old cat while I was gone for a longer trip, including handling multiple meds, specific food requests, and expertly administering subq fluids. Leaving a cat with special needs can be stressful, but Ruby’s extensive experience caring for senior cat/CKD, along with her friendly and gentle approach, put me right at ease. From the first meeting, it was clear Ruby cares about details and knows all right questions to ask. I greatly appreciated how easy it was to communicate back and forth, as well as all the helpful updates. She went above and beyond to make sure Piper was not only fed and medicated, but given lots of play time and snuggles too. I will absolutely be booking Ruby again!"
