Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have three cats - Noemi, Quino and Belladonna. Noemi is a geriatric 17 year old tabby with a gentle personality and a tendency to drool. Quino is a gigantic black cat from small fishing town in Louisiana who grew up during the pandemic, so he never leaves my side. Belladonna is a petite tuxedo with murder in her eyes. I swear she secretly speaks English. They all have vastly different personalities!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?
The free meet and greet is key to peace of mind and ensuring we are on the same page. If you end up going with another catsitter after we meet, no hard feelings! That’s why these meet and greets exist.
Are you usually available during holidays?
Yes, I am almost always available during the holidays and ready to take care of your precious furbabies. No kitty will spend a holiday alone under my watch!
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
The key is no pressure. I let them approach me on their own time, and if they don’t want to socialize that’s fine with me too. I don’t mind quietly sitting and letting them get used to my presence.

Hannah must be a cat whisperer; she is definitely a crazy cat lady's dream. My little shy guy warmed up to her immediately, which is rare, and both cats seemed quite content when we arrived home. Their well-being is everything to me, and Hannah did all I asked and more. She will be my first go-to when I need another sitter and I can only hope she's available. Hannah rocks!😸

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Redmond cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $31.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.

Hannah loves your silly buddy. She loves your dopey baby. She will sweet-talk your goofy guy. No worries if they're a smidge ridiculous. Hannah has three silly, dopey, goofy cats and knows about ridiculous. Even if it's the sort of ridiculous that ends with an infection: she's too familiar with that sort too. And nevertheless Hannah loves your ridiculous kitties too.
