What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

The introduction with a new cat is what I enjoy the most because that's when I get a glimpse in their personality. Depending on how they want to approach me, I welcome them to mark me or give them their space if they seem not interested. I find this exercise very interesting!

YES!!! I have 3 cats! 1. Agdoom | 10 yrs Female | Tabby + Mainecoone mix 2. Bagdoom | 10 yrs Female | Bombay & Mainecoone mix 3. Uttom Kumar (UKu) | 2.5 yrs Male | Ragdoll

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

Respecting their boundaries. Cats are unique in deciding who they want to open upto. So initially I am very patient to let the kitty get comfortable with me. Meanwhile, I will get familiar with their possible hideouts to make sure they have access to food and water and littre incase they don't wanna come out. Sharing treats, encouraging them to play, talking to them are all great ways to interact with a timid or anxious cat. However, it is also important for me to keep my experienced eye on them to identify any signs of distress or illness.

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
