Another great visit with Erica, and I can’t sing her praises enough. She has watched our cat many times over the past 4 years and always goes above and beyond. From giving him his medication and making sure he has everything he needs to sending very detailed reports on her visits, which gives us so much peace of mind when we’re away. This trip we had our flight home was canceled due to bad weather, and Erica was so accommodating, letting us add extra days to our reservation so our cat was all set. Thank you Erica!

Erica is always so professional yet extremely warm in communication and (most importantly) with the kitties!) She provides elaborate descriptions of what she did with the kitties and takes amazing photos of them during her visits, giving you lots of peace of mind that your fur babies are well cared for. Even our most nervous boy is very affectionate toward Erica and enjoys the visits! And when something does come up (in this case a completely unrelated request for vet records) she is extremely quick in communication to reassure you that all is well and that no one is sick.

I have a 19 year old love, Smudge, who needs extra care in the form of fluids and various meds and supplements for advancing CKD. I have avoided traveling for over a year and a half because I have not wanted to leave him or to entrust his care to others. But I finally needed to go...he had someone staying with him for the nights and Erica coming in the days to give him his meds and to visit. Her genuine care, high level of competence and simply her sweet way of connecting with Smudge--from the initial meet & greet--allowed me to go and feel assured that he was in good hands. And, on this most recent trip, when it was clear that Smudge was struggling a bit, I so much appreciated her call to discuss and her offer, without my asking, to stay with him a little longer to make sure he was ok as I scrambled to make arrangements for an earlier return flight. It's one thing to be great with younger cats--who do not usually have complex diseases and the fragility that accompanies old age--but to be so good with an elder being like Smudge is really a gift. In addition to all of the other wonderful things about Erica's care, she also sent pictures and updates from the visit which I loved. I cannot say enough good things about Erica!
