While I love all animals, I work with cats exclusively. Because of this, I have a few requirements for taking care of kitties with medical needs. Unless I am grinding meds into your cats food, I require: -1 hour or overnight bookings. 30 minutes is not enough to take care of meds and all other cat-care tasks. -Trim your cats nails or use claw caps. -If they are a hider, block off access to under the bed/couch hiding spots. -A test run at the meet & greet prior to you leaving town for our first booking....

I can’t say enough good things about Zephyr. I was very worried about leaving my kitten Medli, but after I got my first update from them I knew Medli was going to be well taken care of. Medli loved Zephyr and started greeting them every day, even crawling up on their lap to give them kisses. My Furbo captured Zephyr talking, singing, and loving on Medli so sweetly. Zephyr also provided detailed updates and photos of her bowls, litter box, and daily activities. They retrieved an unexpected package for me and dealt with me being a worried cat parent. The family I was visiting even gushed with me about how good they were with Medli. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Zephyr again and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a sweet cat sitter.

This was my fourth reservation with Neil. He was originally scheduled to watch my two boys for 3 days while I was in California for a long weekend. Then I received news that my father passed away and I was needed in Ohio. Neil graciously let me extend my reservation THREE times and was so kind about playing it by ear the entire time. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
