She also made sure to keep us updated on how Nori was doing while we were away and send us pictures while she was visiting."

"I had to go out of town about a month after my cat had been diagnosed with diabetes. He required injections twice a day. Needless to say, I was worried about leaving him for a few days. Melissa had experience with caring for diabetic cats so that made me feel reassured that he would be fine. She took good care of my sweet boy and provided great communication while I was away! I’ll definitely be using Melissa again in the future."

She is thorough and let me know of any litter box issues from the basement (where I was unable to goat the time). She has a quiet manner with the cats. Ceci still looks for her around the time she usually came. She even put out the food bowl for the outside feral cat. I highly recommend her!"
