And I was very grateful for the way Abby kept me informed about how Peanut was doing. Overall a very positive experience for both Peanut and me!"

"Victoria was very knowledgeable, helpful and a great find for my kitties. For the intro visit she showed up on time, took notes throughout (!) and asked good questions/ answered mine well. She communicated with updates, notes, photos daily. All the cat chores were well and done. Most of all my fur balls were clearly relaxed and happy upon our return home- a key factor in my assessment. I was not anxious while away because she gave me no reason to be, and I will definitely be grateful for her help in the future!"

Nori can also be a bit nervous when meeting new people, and when her family is away, but Samantha went above and beyond to win her over and make sure she got the care she needed. She also made sure to keep us updated on how Nori was doing while we were away and send us pictures while she was visiting."

She is thorough and let me know of any litter box issues from the basement (where I was unable to goat the time). She has a quiet manner with the cats. Ceci still looks for her around the time she usually came. She even put out the food bowl for the outside feral cat. I highly recommend her!"

She even made a great suggestion for making sure our sweet boy (who's prone to urinary crystals when stressed) was getting enough water by adding some to his wet food. She even got our very shy boy to come out of hiding and play a little bit! We appreciated the daily pics, and were able to enjoy our vacation more knowing he was in such caring, capable hands!"
