Alaina does a great job of keeping me updated about the mischief the cats get up to and sending photo updates; she had me laughing out loud when I got back into cell service range and saw the expressions she managed to capture in photos (two of my cats are orange, so you KNOW they gave her plenty of opportunities 🤦🏻♀️). Alaina’s dedicated care is a great comfort and I HIGHLY recommend her as a professional caregiver myself (albeit to humans!) and anxious Cat Mom. I look forward to working with her again!"

The only issue we had was that we found the two litter boxes utterly filthy when we came home on the last day. I asked about how often he changed the litter boxes and he said every three days. I appreciated his honesty, and I conceded that may work for other cats, but that clearly was not enough in this case, and sticking to a strict changing routine, especially when we opted for 45 minute visits, seemed very odd. He messaged me after we talked and said he'll keep this in mind going forward."
