"Hailee is one of the best cat sitters we have ever had. I am a huge worrier and our kitty has some medical issues so her I am very particular about her care and making sure everything is *exactly* right. I wrote out a ton of instructions for Hailee and bombarded her with messages and she was sooooo patient and caring. She followed the directions to a T and gave tons of updates and pictures and videos and really let us feel at ease. Our cat was very very well taken care of and even though she can be skittish and shy, she was very comfortable with Hailee and even pressed her 'Love You' button to her, which she rarely does for anyone else besides my wife and myself! Hailee is truly amazing and we will definitely be asking her to care for Beeru again when we need!"

"Lori was a great help! I had hired a different cat sitter on this app named Evie/Emily to cat sit for 10 days over my Christmas break (a lot I know)! And on Christmas Eve at 11 at night Emily informed me that she was dropping me as a client because one of my cats had diarrhea and she didn’t like cleaning out the litter box with the smell. I was able to find Lori to take over and check in with her and another cat sitter about the smell and status of the house. Both her and the other cat sitter said the smell wasn’t too bad and was manageable. Lori showed up every morning to take care of the cats and clean up the litter box! I also really appreciated her sending the amount of time each visit was so I knew for the future how long everything was taking and to reimburse for any extra time. She was also a great help with recommendations for how to use the pine litter I was trying out, and she also recommended some litter of her own. Lori was able to follow the instructions I had typed out on a sheet of paper very well, whereas I had issues with the other cat sitter, Evie/Emily, feeding the wrong food to my cats sometimes and also throwing out food that the other sitter had left for the cats that day. Evie couldn’t figure out how the properly scoop the pine litter and refused to use the handheld vacuum I had because it “wasn’t a proper vacuum,” whereas Lori did a great job with the litter and even said the held held vacuum I had was great for cleaning up around the litter box. (I had specifically purchased the handheld vacuum due to other cat owners highly recommending it for cleaning hair and litter). Overall Lori was a great upgrade from the other sitter! I would highly recommend going with her if you are trying to choose between two sitters on this app!"

She claimed that she never officially accepted the reservation but still didn't let me know until the night before I left. So, that was confusing. "Jade is absolutely fantastic. She is super reliable, easy and fun to communicate with, remembers every little detail, and clearly knows how important those tiny details are to cat parents. She went out of her way to give my cats LOTS of play time, because I emphasized how important that is to keeping them sane while I'm away. I told her I'm always happy to receive updates about her cat sit visits, so she sent me pictures and reassured me about the duties she had done so I can have a peaceful mind and not worry if the important things had been done. I ended up needing cat care for one more day than we had planned, for the day after Christmas. Luckily, Jade came to the rescue and was able to come be with my cats one extra day that we didn't initially plan. I would trust her with my cats anytime and when I came home I was surprised to see how calm and happy they were. She took unbelievably good care of them and I could tell she really loved them too! Thank you Jade, you have been a lifesaver! My cats love you!"
