"Ryan was amazing! This was my first time scheduling with Meowtel and Ryan went above and beyond. She had an issue with my door on the first day. Immediately called me. I missed the call but did contact her and explain the issue. She took care of my cat but also noticed my strays I feed. I didn't want to bog her down with extra chores and my neighbors sort of feed the strays as well. Ryan informed me that she fed those cats as well. And swept up litter and scooped my cat's box which I didn't even ask her to do. She also washed all the dishes. I have a very skiddish cat, but she was fine when I returned home. I'd use Ryan again in a heartbeat!! She's awesome!!"

She was attentive to his needs, made sure he had plenty of food and water, kept his litter boxes clean, and gave him lots of love and attention. What I appreciated most were the thoughtful updates. She took the time to let me know how he was doing, noticed little things like his hairball, and even made sure it was cleaned up before leaving. When his water fountain stopped working, she didn’t just overlook it—she checked it, made sure his backup water was full, and let me know what was happening. She also respected Mr. Pickles’ personality and his safe space while still giving him plenty of affection. Her updates made it so easy for me to relax and enjoy my time away knowing he was happy, comfortable, and cared for. I’m so grateful to Sessna for treating Mr. Pickles like he was her own. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, attentive, and dependable to care for their pets. Mr. Pickles definitely approved! 🐱💕"

Her communication was beyond my expectations and truly gave me peace of mind about how my cats’ (Dixie & Daisy) were being cared for. Each day I received “live” updates, photos, videos, texts and a comprehensive breakdown of the visit! I have had family and friends help out before, even stay at the house with them and I can honestly say this experience gave me much less anxiety and stress. This is it, I’m a client for life with Jin. And, our cats formed a bond with her, they came to my phone after hearing her voice while I was rewatching a video from one of the visits. 💕 Can’t recommend enough!! * For reference: We were on vacation 5 days, Wednesday through Sunday. We have 2 cats, Dixie 6 yrs and Daisy 4 yrs Jinsol came each day for 45+ mins"
