Thank goodness for Feliciana. I was unable to corrdinate cat sitting with friends or relatives for a recent vacation. This is our second vacation when Feliciana was a fantastic kitty friend to our Calvin. She was amazing on both trips! Feliciana sent us daily updates with pictures and videos. She informed us how and what Cavin was doing, that she checked litter boxes, and made sure his feeder was working. Feliciana made us feel comfortable to be away for long trips. Feliciana cared for Calvin every day, spent time with him, played, and cuddled. She reinforced our slow feeder activities so he hard wired new behavior. I especially appreciate that she loves him the way we do. I know that Calvin has a wonderful friend for life!

Feliciana kept us informed of how Cleo was doing and sent lots of videos. This vacation seemed to be full of unplanned surprises on our side. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
