Overall, the reservation could not have gone better! First time user. We were concerned with kitty recently moving to a new home and then being cared for by a stranger. After hiding on day 1, he made an appearance for Christi on day 2. He felt an affinity towards her and seemed content with her care. He even let her brush him. Very pleased with the thoroughness of her communications.

It is the second time Christi takes care of Haku. We were both concerned that he would not recognize her, but when she came back to take care of him, it was as if he reunited with a long friend. Christi kept me updated everyday and sent pictures (most of them if not all, are frame worthy 🤩). One of the days she noticed that there was no pee in the litter box and in the update she informed and mentioned what she thought could help Haku. I’m so glad she took care of him and was transparent rather than disregarding it. She is amazing 🤗

Christi was excellent. She is highly capable, kind, and professional. We really felt our cat benefitted from her visits. Pictures were the best. We came home to a happy kitty.

This was the first time I left Haku for a week. Christi made it bearable and less stressful for both of us. She would send daily video/picture updates of him that reassured me he was eating/drinking and going to the bathroom well. Haku bonded so well with Christi that if I have any upcoming trips I know who to count on.

Christi did an amazing job with Kima. Great updates with detailed summaries of the day plus multiple photos per day. Gave our cat playtime and thorough attention and gave us a sense of security while we were away for a week. Cannot recommend enough
