I come from a family with experience in cat rescue & foster and I currently have 3 cats of my own. I do have experience with different ages and life stages of cats, kittens to seniors, and even give one of my own subcutaneous fluids every day! I majorly stress and suffer from guilt when leaving them and I miss them terribly!! It’s my hope that I can provide you a sense of reassurance that your csts are well taken care of, safe and loved when you can’t be with them. And, that they have as little disruption to their lives & routines as we can humanly provide!

Yes, I have 3 of them! Their names are Brad Pitt, Fatty Matty & Baby Girl Bettie! Their ages are 2, 8 and 14.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

I follow all the instructions left by you and care for your fur babies as if they were my own!

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I don’t stress them out even more than they are without you there! I meet them where they are comfortable. I can sit and read while they get used to my smell. I also make sure they have food and water wherever they are hiding!

We had been looking for our primary cat sitter long time and now we found Kristin! One of our cats is scared of everything in this world and we expected he would not come out even for food. But Kristin took sometime to sit in the living room and see if he comes out and he did!! She listened to us very very well and did everything following our instruction (That was our previous issues with sime sitters) and also tidied the kitchen area so well. (This was another issue with previous sitter). Thank you so very much Kristin. Hope you will be available for our next vacation! :)

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:


  • More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
  • 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
  • Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.

Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Phoenix cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $25.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
