Ashley took great care of my cat Ziva. She was rehomed to me and I only had her for month when I was leaving on a trip so I wasn’t sure how she would act. She warmed right to Ashley. Ashley touched base with me everyday sending me pictures of Ziva letting me know how Ziva was acclimating to her presence. I think Ziva has a new friend in Ashley! Thank you Ashley for taking such good care of my girl!

Ashley was an amazing cat sitter! She took care of our kitties for 4 days and during that time we had piece of mind while on vacation. She never failed to send detailed updates with pictures, and even asked questions when she had concerns, which shows us she cares a lot about what she does. Our kitties were in great hands, got lots of pets and play time with Ashley! I would definitely book her again!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
