Karli was great with my two grumpy old lady, special needs cats. she handled their medications and complicated feeding instructions with ease. she's super organized, pays attention to detail, communicates well, and goes above and beyond with extra cleanup, pictures, and notes. I've already booked her for more visits and highly recommend her!

Out of the few Meowtel providers we've used, Karli is by far the most prepared, thorough, and responsible. She did her homework prior to meeting us and already knew our cats names and all the info in our profile, and she asked many questions and even took her own notes. While we were gone, I can't explain how above and beyond she went. We were so incredibly happy with her. I get the feeling this isn't only seen as a source for extra income for her like it is for others. She honestly cares and wants to make sure the pets are provided for and happy. She said her goal is to make sure our cats don't resent us for leaving when we come back- and she did just that. They were super happy! She's now our permanent sitter 😺

I can’t recommend Karli enough as a cat sitter! She takes such wonderful care of our two cats, Monte and Mona, anytime we are away. Not only is she incredibly reliable and communicative, but she also paid great attention to detail, making sure both cats were happy and comfortable. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
