"We have booked Amy to take care of our cats multiple times now and we are so grateful to have her in our lives. This trip was a bit different as one of my cats wasn't eating great the day I left. I organized him to go to the vet and then when he was done Amy picked him up from the vet for us and brought him home. She also brought over all kinds of other food options to give him to try to eat. She documented everything thoroughly with pictures and videos so we could get a handle on what was going on with him. The information that she provided was critical in our decision to cut our trip short and get home to our cat. We are so grateful for the extra time that she spent with him and all the supplies she brought over and the info that she provided. She is a true cat lover and just an amazing human being."

"We needed to find someone to take care of our 2 boys for 3 weeks while we were on our honeymoon. We were nervous because Helena was new and it was the longest we’ve ever left them. After day 3, I stopped worrying, knew that it was a great fit, and could relax! Helena is kind, patient and professional. she provided great updates and our kitties warmed up to her immediately. Even our floof, who is normally nervous around people, would greet her at the door and purr. She went above and beyond when there was a crazy rainstorm and water leaked through our doors/windows, providing her own towels and drying our own linens that got wet. Usually our (spoiled) cats are visibly upset with us when we return after leaving them for more than a week but this time when we returned they were happy and resumed their normal routine. I’m so happy we found Helena (and so are our cats) and will definitely book again for future trips!!"

"Denise was truly exceptional in caring for our two cats while we were away—both of whom have very different and specific needs. Our almost 16-year-old cat, Colby, has chronic kidney disease and requires subcutaneous fluids, a specialized diet, and extra attention. Denise handled his care with confidence and compassion, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. Our other cat, Jon, is extremely particular and does not warm up easily to new people. Despite this, Denise was patient and thoughtful in how she approached him, respecting his boundaries while still ensuring he was properly cared for—even when he was being a bit challenging around mealtime. Beyond their care, Denise was incredibly communicative. She sent us regular updates, including sweet videos and thoughtful messages, which made being away from them much easier. She also kept our home very clean and was always easy to coordinate with. It’s rare to find someone who can handle both medical needs and complex pet personalities with this level of professionalism and care. I would highly recommend Denise to anyone—especially those with pets who require extra attention."
