Both cats were immediately comfortable with Joella, even our shy, elderly one. Super punctual and very communicative, which was important to us since one of our cats needs insulin shots twice daily. We never had to worry. Highly recommend!!

This is our first time leaving our kitties with someone they didn't already know. It couldn't have gone better. By the end of our trip, our braver kitty was meeting her at the door and taking hand-fed treats, and our coward was accepting pats.
