I recently graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Irvine with a bachelor’s in psychology and urban studies. I start at Columbia University, to obtain my masters in social work, this September 2023 but, don’t worry! I will be attending online and staying in California and will be thrilled to watch your cat(s)! I am a lifelong cat person. I loooove kitties! There has not been one time in my life where I didn't have at least two cats! I currently have five cats, all rescues. Three were rescued from the streets of Orange County, one from the engine of an SUV, and another from an abusive owner. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
