Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?

My ideal cat sitting reservation is when the cat is returned healthy and happy and any instructions were clear and concise.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?

You are inviting a stranger into your space. I would think it is very important to have the initial meeting and know what 2-3 traits are most important to you. If the meeting is at the home, I would also observe any interaction with pets.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I will lie down on the floor and wait until curiousity wins. Limiting sudden movements and being consistent with the care will also help build trust.

Debra did a great job taking care of my cat! She was very thorough and left me daily updates about the amount of wet food Ginsu ate, and sent me photos of where Ginsu was hiding. Other very important info that she passed along was that Ginsu was drinking water every day, and Ginsu's stool samples were normal. Debra's reliability and diligence with taking complete care of my sweet kitty was outstanding! I recommend Debra, and will use her again in the future!

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
