Not only was Heather great with my cat Juno (who is very nervous with new people and warmed to her right away), she saved my apartment from an ant infestation! Heather sent beautiful pictures and videos of my cat every day, followed care Instructions perfectly, and when she saw ants in my kitchen, reached out to me right away and then helped eradicate the issue. I was very nervous about leaving my little one, but felt relieved and reassured that Heather was there with her.

This was my first trip away from my kitty and Heather made it stress-free! I was so worried about my shy, scared cat being left alone with a stranger, but Heather quickly became her friend. She knew exactly how to navigate a scared cat and allowed her to open up at her own pace and truly shine! She sent me the cutest videos and pictures during every visit and followed all of my instructions perfectly. Thank you for keeping my kitty safe, happy, and loved! 💕

This was our second time booking with Heather and we couldn’t be happier. Our elderly, shy cat needs extra care, and our other hyper-social cat needs lots of regular love and attention. Heather charmed both of them and provided video and text updates. It’s clear she really cares about their well-being and understands cats. Usually, when we return from vacation, our cats have been so lonely and needy. With Heather’s care, they genuinely seem happier and calmer when we returned than any previous trip!

Heather took such great care of our cats during our vacation. She really went above and beyond each visit. I was really impressed with her ability to charm our sometimes shy senior cat and get our younger cat playing. Heather was wonderful with daily communication and really helped us out with her flexibility after I made a scheduling error- was so kind about it too! We will gladly have Heather come take care of our cats again!

It was a wonderful first visit that allowed my husband and I to have a night out with friends on a special holiday. My kitty Elizabeth loved Heather! From the meet & greet, she was purring and rubbing up on her. You can tell she is a cat person! Heather sent multiple video updates each visit. She played with Lizzy. She was responsive to any questions I had and was reliable. I will be booking her again next time if she is available for sure!

Heather could not have done more to make my experience great. She dealt with an initially hissy kitty whom she charmed. She followed all of my helicopter cat mom instructions. What was also so reassuring were videos, photos and texts. I knew how our cat was doing while we were far away. When we got home, I could tell our cat was as he seemed by video. He looked well. I feel very lucky to have selected Heather from Meowtel.

Heather did a wonderful job with my cat who needed medication twice a day. I was nervous about leaving him but I felt very comfortable leaving Jeremy in Heather's very capable hands! Highly recommend!
