Hi I’m Halle! A loud and proud lover of cats! My journey of loving cats started about 3 years ago. I had always had dogs as pets and I loved them of course but in my opinion, nothing is like the love of a cat. I got my first cat on Halloween about 3 and a half years ago. I found a little stray cat and took her in and we instantly bonded. She was very independent and loved to roam around the neighborhood but would always come back home to cuddle and make biscuits on my face. This is where I started to feel what a real bond with a cat feels like and it was amazing. We had made an appointment to get her spayed and to my surprise we found out she was pregnant just a week before we were supposed to take her in! She had the cutest belly full of kittens and months later she popped out a few orange babies. I helped her give birth and it was a very sacred experience. She had two twins and one of them was not thriving much at all. We were determined not to lose him, so we nursed him with a bottle as often as we could and kept him warm. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
