Every single trip, she stayed on top of everything by scooping and cleaning all 3 litter boxes, feeding them their favorite snacks and even taking out my trash. She truly customized everything to their specific needs and wants, taking the time to learn exactly what their favorite toys and snacks were. They were initially shy, but she got them on Team Sherre very quickly! Her communication was great throughout the entire booking. She sent me regular photos, videos, and detailed breakdowns of all the chores she attended to. Leaving my pets behind was tough, but Sherre gave me total peace of mind. Knowing she had eyes on my home and was looking out for my two fuzzers made all the difference. I highly recommend her!"

When Athena went on an apparent hunger strike, Amber was flexible when I asked her to adjust our original schedule to make sure Athena was eating. My husband works from home, so when we travel it rocks our kitty’s world. We had a good cat-sitter in the past who moved and the next one we tried was a disaster. Christian was unphased by our anxiety and detailed instructions at the meet and greet. His communication, pictures and videos during our exceeded expectations. I looked forward to his pictures and videos every day. Our sassy fur ball stayed “hissy” this time, but we could see how hard he tried to connect with her. He even left treats around the house for her to “hunt” throughout the day, something we never thought of. We already have him booked for our international trip in the fall, with an extra “play date” before that trip. Something Christian suggested to let her get used to him again with us still home. "David was incredible. I messaged him the day I had to go out of town asking for his help caring for my 5 year old kitty Winnie, who was just diagnosed with an eye infection (that morning at 7am 🫠). He was quick to respond to my request and initiated a phone call so we could talk through Winnie’s medication needs which were every 8 hours for 5 days. I thought no way would anyone sign up for that, in general, certainly not day of my reservation request and FOR SURE not over NYE. But David listened to Winnie’s needs and agreed to help care for her the full 5 days I was out of town. A literal miracle. He was consistent in his arrival times to administer Winnie’s medication and always sent an update with photo afterwards — even at midnight when one of her doses was due. He gave them attention and was very patient with the one that hid under the bed until the scaredy cat came out of hiding. With our guy, he had a history of scaring off pet sitters (including vet techs) because he’d get scared that we’re not at home and the sitter would complain that they weren’t able to administer his insulin. Not Julia! Julia was calm and patient, which is exactly the energy our kitty needs when he’s out of his routine. She also met him where he was at that day with energy levels and didn’t force him or chase him. I really, really appreciated this. She’s clearly worked with older grumpy/scaredy cats before! "Teresa is so kind and she is exactly the person you want to be watching your cars. Our cats (2) generally are self sufficient but one of them was just recently put on an antibiotic pill and we had a trip right around the corner. Teresa was quick to respond to my extremely last minute initial request, came to meet our kitties the next day (on Christmas!) and watched them the next three days. In addition to the basics (litter/food/water), she gave Jack his pills, turned on JoJo’s favorite toy, and sent us pictures and updates every visit. We are so grateful for Teresa, we were able to enjoy our trip knowing our cats were well taken care of. I would give Teresa 6 stars if I could!"

"Georgia was wonderful! she was so communicative with me about my kitties. i was concerned for one of my cats since she seemed anxious and was also experiencing an excessive amount of hairballs. Georgia didn't bat and eye and took care of my Lilly as if she were her own. Both kitties were needing extra snuggle couch time which Georgia was happy to give.
